Joueur de jazz argentin (Rosario 1934).
Saxophoniste et flûtiste, il a participé au bouleversement du free jazz, puis est devenu le créateur d'un style original incorporant les traditions latino-américaines (The Third World, 1969 ; Bolivia, 1972 ; Yesterdays, 1974).
